OpenXriProject

XDI.org is the legal host for the OpenXRI Project, an open source project designed to produce the "BIND of XRI", i.e., a Java reference implementation of an XRI server, resolver, and proxy resolver that can be easily installed and used anywhere XRI identifiers and discovery services are needed. Note that other open source implementations are also available: see the [WWW]XRI open source project page on [WWW]dev.xri.net.

1. OpenXRI Project Wiki

The OpenXRI wiki is a branch of the [WWW]dev.xri.net wiki. See this wiki for links to the Sourceforge source code, documentation, other implementations, etc.

2. OpenXRI Project Contributor's Agreements

OpenXRI uses the [WWW]Apache 2.0 License and bases its contributor license agreements (CLAs) on the [WWW]Apache Foundation model.

Note that both agreements are needed for an individual contributor who is working an an employee of a company or organization that has IPR restrictions of any kind.

In both cases, instructions for completing and submitting the CLA are inside the document.

Thank you for being a contributor to OpenXRI!
